A character dwelling with a series of strongly defined rooflines was required to be extended to accomodate additional living and bedroom spaces over two levels. The right hand side of the building was added with all detailing to match. This included intricate brickwork on the ground level.

The extension required new internal gutters (Bluepencil tried to avoid these wherever possible!). Gutters were overdesigned in terms of depth, falls, and additional outlets to create a robust solution
