A highly exposed site to weather elements has been addressed with a robust concrete construction from precast panels. Additional complexity of the method of build ability was due to the steeply sloping site with minimal access. The resulting dwelling is warm and acoustically isolated, which also enjoys commanding views and all day sunlight.
