A old villa, in a prime waterfront position, had been added to over the years and the current family was outgrowing it’s available space. The large surrounding deck had rotted and as such any indoor/outdoor flow was limited. Bluepencil was approached to design a significant extension to the front of the house, extending the living room. Along with this a massive new deck area was added to take advantage of the stunning sea views.
