Bluepencil partnered with interior designer Jen Archer, together who developed the concept and produced working drawings to obtain building consent.

The final result ended in an elegant, individually styled dwelling for the client. The new dwelling is located on an olive grove and enjoys wonderful views over the neighbouring river. The house is orientated towards the views and the sun. All efforts were made to create an environmentally friendly house, through the use of green building materials and practices.
